Outside of the coursework on the Plus3 Cyprus trip, I hope to achieve several significant goals that will enhance both my personal and professional growth. Professionally, I aim to deepen my understanding of global business practices and gain firsthand experience with how different cultures approach different aspects of the business world. This will not only complement my studies but help me develop a global perspective that is essential for succeeding in an increasingly interconnected economy. In Cyprus, I will be learning about supply chain management and global industries. On a personal level, I hope to expand my horizons by immersing myself in a different culture, embracing new challenges, and developing greater independence and adaptability. This experience will push me out of my comfort zone, helping me grow into a more confident and well-rounded individual. I also hope to develop valuable skills that prepare me for success in future internships or jobs by collaborating with a group of people I’ve never met before and navigating a completely new country. Overall, I am confident that this program will be a transformative experience, equipping me with the skills, perspectives, and confidence needed to excel in my academic journey and future career in the business world.
