Outside of the coursework of the Plus 3 Cyprus program, As I embark on my journey I hope to grow in my adaptability personally and be able to create lasting connections professionally. With any kind of travel that I have done previously there has always been a set back or challenge that I needed to overcome. Whether that be a delayed flight, an long day of school work, or not feeling good. I hope become a more adaptable person by the end of my two weeks in Cyprus. This also goes for adapting to have include my peers and make sure that I am able to make the most of this experience. In addition, I want to create lasting connections with my business and engineering peers. It is important to form strong bonds with the people who I will be going into the workforce with. Also, I hope to find a job profession that I find interesting and make a LinkedIn connection with one of the presenters. In Cyprus we are going to visit a variety of companies that have to do with supply chain. I am currently interested in pursuing industrial engineering with a more supply chain focus. This global experience is a learning opportunity for me to see if I like this field of work. These two weeks are about growing, and even though it may be a little uncomfortable being away from my friends and family I know that this experience will help shape me personally and professionally for the better.
