Our first trip of the day was to Siena! After an early morning bus ride, we started off with a walking tour. Siena is beautiful and the history is very interesting!
For lunch we all got Pici pasta, which Siena is known for. It was delicious!
Our next destination was San Gimignano! This town is so beautiful! The towers in the photo are very old. There used to be 72, but now there are 14. I couldn’t imagine what the town looked like with 72!
We also got to go to an award winning gelato shop! We all tried a bunch of different flavors. I got the mango sticky rice and strawberry with rosemary!
We had a great day!
